Plywood

SWIFT^© plywood is made from selected core veneer & smooth face veneer bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde synthetic Adhesive (For MR grade) & Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic dhesive (For BWR grade) confirming to IS 848-2006 and hot pressed with accurate temperature & high pressure to use under severest tropical climatic conditions.

Glue line treatment is carried out by adding suitable chemicals which are toxic to wood destroying agencies like : borer,fungus & termite. Treatment of plywood is done by dipping in a hot solution of preservative chemical.
